I’m Kevin Baumgart, a sales strategist with 20+ years of sales and sales management experience at entrepreneurial companies. I’m deeply dedicated to helping companies deploy sustainable sales strategies. I specialize in working 1:1 with founders, entrepreneurs, and sales leaders to provide a more predictable revenue stream to their business. I advise and mentor multiple growth companies, have interviewed hundreds of salespeople, and managed sales teams of over 50. I was also the first hire at a startup that grew to over 5,000 clients, $30M in revenue, 130 associates, and $60M in raised capital—all in under 6 years.
